Shipping policy

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to customers within the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For international orders, please review the available shipping options during checkout.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times for your order may vary depending on the specific product and destination. While most items arrive within 7-12 days, some products may take 8-15 days to be delivered. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees:
All shipping fees are included in the product prices, so there are no additional charges during checkout.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided via tracking system.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, please note that shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there are significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

International Shipping:
For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), shipping charges do not include customs fees, duties, or taxes. These additional charges may be imposed by your country’s customs office upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Note: We will handle international shipments, but you, the customer, are responsible for any additional customs charges or delays once the order reaches your country.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with our supplier and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
In the case of damaged goods, please take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging and send them to us for verification. We will assist in handling returns, exchanges, or refunds where necessary.

Shipping Restrictions:
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that a valid, physical address is provided at checkout.
Additionally, we have shipping restrictions for certain remote regions or locations where additional shipping fees may apply. These locations will be flagged during the checkout process, and we will inform you of any additional charges.
